Crown Thyself™ is a 13-week guided  eXperience designed to help you live from the truth you’ve already uncovered—consistently, visibly, and without self-betrayal.

Empower Thyself™ was about standing in that truth with strength,  

Crown Thyself™ is about leading your life from it.

This season focuses on:

• purpose and long-range direction  

• identity integration across all areas of life  

• leadership of self (choice, consistency, coherence)  

• honoring your voice, vision, and inner authority  

This is not about visibility for its own sake.  

It is about living in a way that feels aligned, settled, and self-honoring.

• Built on embodiment, not aspiration  

• Honors wisdom without ego or performance  

• Designed for women stepping into leadership of their own lives  

• Integrates purpose without pressure or burnout  

• Leaves clients sovereign, self-led, and internally anchored  

This season is not about power over others.  

It is about authority within yourself.

Crown Thyself™ is for women who have done the inner work and are ready to *live it*.

This journey is for you if:

• You are clear internally, yet feel called to greater coherence externally

PHASE I — IDENTITY INTEGRATION (Weeks 1–4)  

Living From What You Know

Focus: Alignment between inner truth and outer life

• Clients integrate identity across roles and relationships  

• They stop fragmenting themselves to fit environments  

• They experience greater internal coherence and clarity  

PHASE II — SOVEREIGN DIRECTION (Weeks 5–9)  

Purpose, Vision, and Self-Leadership

Focus: Direction, choice, and inner authority  

Outcomes  

• Clients clarify purpose without pressure or fantasy  

• They lead themselves with consistency and self-respect  

• They make decisions from vision rather than reaction  

PHASE III — EMBODIED SOVEREIGNTY (Weeks 10–13)  

Becoming the Reference Point

Focus: Embodiment, steadiness, and lived authority  

Outcomes  

• Clients feel anchored even during change or uncertainty  

• They trust themselves as the final authority in their lives  

• They leave living from truth—not reaching for it 

By the end of Crown Thyself™, participants will:

• live with greater coherence and self-alignment  

• lead their lives with clarity and inner authority  

• honor their voice and vision without justification  

• embody purpose rather than searching for it  

• move through life from sovereignty, not self-doubt  

Crown Thyself™ is not about stepping onto a throne.  

It is about realizing you’ve been seated all along.

Each week includes:

• Teaching Session (live or recorded)

• Reflective Prompts (integration-focused, not busywork)
